These forms are required for a thorough pre-employment/background screening with a national criminal records search. Ten year search includes screening of up to ten employers, $10 per employer thereafter. Please email these forms back to us and one of our investigators will contact you within 24 hours. If you have a special need for the job or if this is a rush job (most pre-employment screenings take 5 - 7 days) please note that in the body of your email.

PROCESS SERVING - ($35 - $150)

This service is for any document that needs to be served upon another individual. Prices vary depending on location, research needed and intended time frame of service. All service outside of Grand County, or remote rural areas within Grand County, will be charged additional fees for mileage. Research fees will be charged if no address is given on subject.
